This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established payroll company, in a wonderful work environment. My client is looking for a Staff Accountant with enthusiasm to join their team!
You will be working on-site at their office located in the Boca Raton area. You will be performing accounting duties for client companies, who are mainly in the medical supply business.
You will also be working directly with the CFO, developing strategy and implementing ideas.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have;
4+ years' professional experience in A/P, A/R, and/or payroll.
Experience managing monthly and quarterly legal reporting.
Solid understanding of accounting, including payable/receivable procedures and cost/revenue projections.
Ability to prioritize and deliver tangible results within specific timelines.
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work efficiently at all levels of the organization.
Passion for working in an exciting fast paced and changing environment.
Proficient with Quickbooks and Windows.
College degree in accounting, finance and or economics, preferred.
Compensation
Salary range of $65,000-$80,000/year, depending on experience
PTO and Vacation offered.
