Co-Fonder / Partner - Capital Strategy | Holding Company
I am seeking a recently retired or semi-retired investment banker to join me as a Partner / Co-Founder to start a Holding Company. The Holding Company will buy and hold successful privately held companies (upon a conversation I will elaborate about the key factors I am using to determine a successful target company). I need a Co-Founder that can leverage their skill set and networks of capital markets expertise to lead capital raising efforts, support deal structuring, and help launch the HC.
There is only two of us and that’s all we need if you’re the right fit.
