Our small CONSTRUCTION company is seeking a skilled bookkeeper with construction experience OR CPA to join our team. (If you are a bookkeeper -you must have an existing relationship with a CPA who can certify your work and financials). Initially, we require your expertise onsite at our office for a couple of weeks to catch up on our 3rd quarter 2024 financials and 2025 in QuickBooks. Additionally, we need ongoing monthly services throughout 2025/2026 and ongoing.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and update 2024 financial records in QuickBooks
- Provide ongoing monthly financial services for 2025
- Ensure all financial documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Review current financial protocol and recommended any necessary changes
Qualifications:
- Experience in bookkeeping, in the construction sector
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work onsite for the initial two-week period
- Review and assist with protocols for future billings
