We’re looking for a Bilingual Front Desk / Accounting Clerk to be the welcoming face of our office and support our accounting team.Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk duties, greet visitors, and handle phone calls in both English and Spanish.
Assist with accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable.
Maintain organized records and support administrative functions as needed.
Ensure excellent customer service with professionalism and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish).
Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or front desk roles is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
