Mail Room Support (Administrative Assistant)Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist & Mailroom Coordinator. You will support the front desk reception area and ensure the efficient and secure management of our mailroom operations, office supply distribution, and serve as our backup receptionist to ensure coverage at the front desk, greeting and receiving guests, and assisting with phone support. Your responsibilities will include handling the filing of requisition forms for office supplies, providing general administrative support to the Human Resources Manager, processing all outgoing and incoming mail and packages for the local offices, tracking outgoing orders, and contacting shipping carriers when mail is lost or delayed. You will also call carriers to coordinate the shipping of pallets, gather deliveries from freights and unpack items, distribute incoming mail to appropriate departments, organize company office supplies, and work with the Purchasing Department to order new supplies as needed.
