job detailsRandstad is looking to hire an Estimating Coordinator for a client in the North Broward area. This is a temp to perm opportunity paying $25/hr. The best fit candidate should have great phone skills, assertive and professional communicational skills and excellent follow-up. Receive and make calls to subcontractors. Identify interested bidders and confirm (verbally) bid receipt. Follow-up with subcontractors for bid status. Process plan revisions during the bid process. Verify Printer has current revisions and maintain drawing log. Gather subcontractor information and store in Estimating folders. Send out subcontractor Pre-Qualification Forms.The essential functions of this role include:
