Accounting Clerk

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This role primarily revolves around the finance industry, demanding a strong understanding of accounting systems such as QuickBooks and NetSuite. The position is based in a fast-paced workplace setting, where the successful candidate will be handling a variety of accounting tasks.Key responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications and maintain records Manage inventory counts and ensure accuracy Handle all shipping processing tasks efficiently Guide and coordinate with warehouse helpers for pulling and packing inventory Prepare and manage purchase orders in line with the company's protocols Utilize accounting software like QuickBooks and NetSuite for various financial tasks Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Perform account reconciliation, invoice processing, and data entry tasks Use Microsoft Excel and other software for various accounting duties.
