Join our world-class team today!Position Specific DescriptionThis position manages the evaluation and acquisition of land and land rights (fee, lease, and easement) for power plant, service center, substation and corporate office sites in addition to transmission and pipeline right of way.  Territory of management covers portions of Northeast Florida counties.  Conduct negotiations with landowners to ensure all necessary property rights are secured in sufficient time to prevent delay of projects.  Provide oversight / management of internal and external personnel to meet established objectives.  Other responsibilities include:    Managing annual Capital budget / forecasting for territory    Performing asset protection activities related to processing of subordinations, easement releases, enforcement against encroachments on Company easements or owned properties.      Performing construction liaison activities with landowners for Transmission, Construction or other groups as required.      Perform budget estimates, forecasts and schedules for current and future projects This position relies on strong negotiation skills, ability to multi-task, form effective relationships and work collaboratively within diverse skill sets.  Candidate must be able to work independently.  Job OverviewThis job is responsible for managing real estate acquisition and divestiture projects for the company.
