Must have 4 (FOUR) YEARS PAID RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.
Approx 24 hrs a week.
$25/hr to start. $30/hr after 1 year.
Most of the work is in Daytona, Port Orange and Ormond.
