Great opportunity to join the support team for a 55+ manufactured home community of 441 homes. Duties will include some office and admin work as well as day-to-day routine maintenance and janitorial tasks.
The ideal candidate will be neat appearing, well-groomed and cheerful and possess basic maintenance knowledge and basic computer and phone skills. Daily interaction with staff and residents will require an upbeat, open-minded attitude and a willingness to help people. The work involved includes inside and outside tasks with a mindful approach to Florida weather.
This is a full time opening with generous benefits, including paid vacation time, personal paid time off, sick time accrual and options for medical & dental insurance. Starting pay is up to $20 per hour for the candidate chosen.
