We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our team and close deals with builders, designers, and commercial and retail clients. With 37 years in the window covering industry, we manufacture high-quality blinds, shades, and shutters that stand out for their uniqueness and competitive pricing. This is a base weekly salary, plus commissions position.

Responsibilities
On the Road Sales- Florida is your territory. Opening accounts, visiting existing accounts
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
Conduct negotiations to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
Manage accounts and identify opportunities for business development and growth.
Perform outside sales activities, including cold calling and product demonstrations.
Utilize Salesforce and other technology tools to track sales progress and analyze market trends.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance sales efforts.
Qualifications
Proven negotiation and customer service skills
Strong sales experience, particularly in B2B and outside sales
Familiarity with account management and business development
Proficient in Salesforce and technology sales
Experience with cold calling and retail sales
Ability to conduct product demos and analyze sales data
Background in sales management and marketing strategies
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $600.00 per week
Paid time off
Commission pay % of monthly sales
