Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling: Manage and coordinate routes and tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of projects.
Permitting: Handle permits and related documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
Monitoring Systems:
Track job quotes sold and ensure proper documentation is prepared for the salesperson or measurer.
Gather and forward all necessary documentation to the measurer.
Track sold jobs, gather required documents, and schedule installations. Forward relevant documents to installers.
Calendar Management: Maintain and update the calendar for installers.
Material Preparation: Request materials to be pulled for next-day installations.
Communication: Answer questions from millwork associates and assist customers via phone, text, or email regarding scheduling or product inquiries.
Inspections: Schedule and coordinate permit inspections.
Customer Relations: Reschedule jobs promptly and professionally. Address concerns and frustrations of disappointed customers with patience and understanding.
Administrative Tasks: Filing and other related duties as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong scheduling skills to manage and coordinate tasks effectively.
Proficiency in handling permits and related documentation.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining performance and productivity.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
Millwork Experience: EXPERIENCE IN MILLWORKS IS A PLUS.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong phone personality for effective customer interaction.
Proficiency in research and email communication.
Problem-solving skills with a strong work ethic.
