Job Title: Pool / Hardscape Laborer
Job Summary:\
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pool / Hardscape Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of pool construction, renovation, and maintenance. This role involves overseeing pool projects from design to completion, ensuring quality craftsmanship, adherence to safety regulations, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage pool construction and renovation projects, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with clients to determine design specifications, budget, and timeline.
- Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers.
- Conduct site assessments and provide cost estimates for materials and labor.
- Troubleshoot construction challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure proper installation of plumbing, electrical, and filtration systems.
- Perform inspections and quality control checks throughout the construction process.
- Maintain project documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on pool maintenance and repairs to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pool contractor, builder, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of pool construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Familiarity with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Drivers license (if required by state or local laws).
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor as needed.
- Ability to Drive Trucks and Pull Trailers
- Ability to Operate Skid Loaders and Excavators ( If Necessary )
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in pool construction or maintenance.
- Experience with various pool types, including concrete, fiberglass, and vinyl liner pools.
- Knowledge of eco-friendly and energy-efficient pool solutions.
