Maintenance worker: Willingness to perform routine work. Ability to follow oral instructions and have the ability to perform light and heaving manual laboring tasks in a wide variety of maintenance work. Ability to operate small tractors, mowers and similar equipment. Knowledge of basic tools, power and manual used in maintenance and grounds keeping. Knowledge of occupational hazards and necessary safety precautions applicable to laboring work. Operates light equipment on an occasional basis or temporary basis. Performs related work as required during annual fair and off-season. Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License. Physical Demands: Medium to heavy work. Ability to lift, grasp, push, pull, handle, reach overhead, climb and balance. Work is both inside and outside and must be able to tolerate all kinds of weather.
