Work days and hours: Saturday, Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day from 11am to 6pm. Optional days may include Thursday, Friday and Monday from 2pm to 6pm. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT WORK AT LEAST THE FIRST SET OF DAYS AND TIMES.
Duties include but are not limited to monitoring the grounds (pool, lobby, parking lot), emptying trash, deliver packages to residents, checking doors and gates are locked, keeping the grounds, lobby and restrooms clean, arranging chairs, padding and cleaning elevators, moving dumpster and recycling cans to and from the street, monitor generator room and electrical rooms.
Most importantly, you must have a positive and pleasing personality. Other than some maintenance experience, other tasks may be learned.
