Job Summary:
As a Construction General Laborer, you will assist skilled craftsmen and perform various tasks on construction sites. Your duties will include manual labor, material handling, and equipment operation. If you're a team player with a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenters, painters, flooring specialists, and other skilled workers
- Perform manual labor tasks, such as cleaning, lifting, and moving materials
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment (training provided)
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Follow instructions and directions from supervisors and crew leaders
- Work collaboratively with other laborers and construction staff
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction safety procedures
- Valid driver's license (optional)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous construction experience (not required)
- Basic tool knowledge and operation skills
