You must be over 18, have a valid driver's license. & have your own vehicle. Be willing to travel anywhere from where we work from south Daytona. Florida to Jacksonville Florida. Home base is Palm coast. So being close to home base is best, as we all load the truck for the jobs for the day. At times we do work 10-hour days. depends how much money we all want to make. This is paid by check, and you are considered a 1099 subcontractor.
You must have knowledge in painting, small home maintenance, electric, yard work, & power washing. It’s a must you can work quickly and efficiently. able to follow direction. You also must understand Vendor credential accounts. Typically, what that means, is they pay you when the job is completely signed off on. We have 1-2 days to do the job. Once it is signed off on it gets paid by the vendor. At times we are working multiple houses. If they send us back for missing something. So, the goal is no mistakes, move onto the next project. You get paid for the work you perform.
If you are slacking, you will be let go. This is a fast-paced job. We accept no drama.
