We are seeking experience Asphalt Foreman to join our team. The Asphalt Foreman will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, including pavers, skid steer, and rollers to assist in various residential and commercial construction.
Duties
-Operate and maintain asphalt paver, skid steer, and roller heavy equipment.
-Perform site work tasks as required for residential and commercial construction projects.
-Conduct routine Equpment inspections and notify mechanics of preventative maintenance.
-Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
-Collaborate with the construction team to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
-Proven experience as an Asphalt Foreman with proficiency in site and asphalt preparations.
-Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot typical equipment issues.
-Ability to read and interpret civil construction plans.
-Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team.
-Valid driver license is required.
-Ability to shoot grades, operate other heavy equipment (such as a dozer, grader or skid steer) is a plus.
