General list of Common Area duties:
Pool Deck / neaten deck chairs and trash removal.
Lobby overall cleanliness and appearance
Lobby Restrooms general cleanliness and stocking
Hall Way / trash removal and overall appearance
Elevators cleanliness and appearance
Windows and mirrors relating to common areas as needed
Parking and green space cleanliness
Assist co workers when needed
Some light lifting
Those are the primary however, other tasks may be required.
