We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Alarm Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both hiring and managing a sales team, as well as a strong history of selling alarm systems and related services. As the Alarm Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and ensuring that the team is consistently meeting and exceeding goals.
You will also work closely with marketing and operations teams to refine sales processes, ensure customer satisfaction, and create effective training and development programs for your team
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Set individual and team sales goals, track progress, and provide guidance and motivation to ensure targets are met.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, with a focus on developing sales talent.
Conduct regular performance reviews and offer coaching and feedback to team members.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive alarm system sales and meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
Work with the marketing team to identify leads, conduct sales outreach, and close new business.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth installation and customer satisfaction post-sale.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain relationships with key clients and prospects to ensure high conversion rates and repeat business.
Address customer concerns, escalations, and ensure proper follow-up to guarantee satisfaction and retention.
Reporting & Analysis:
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and adjust sales tactics as needed.
Prepare regular sales reports for upper management detailing progress toward goals, team performance, and market insights.
Qualifications:
Proven sales management experience, with a history of hiring, leading, and coaching a successful sales team.
A track record of successful selling in the alarm/security industry.

at least 2-5 years of experience in managerial role within security sales.
Excellent understanding of alarm systems, security technology, and the competitive landscape.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team.
Strong analytical abilities, including proficiency in sales forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
Ability to work independently, with initiative and strong decision-making skills.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
