Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are looking to fill the role of an Accounts Payable Clerk in Davie, Florida, 33314, United States. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be playing a crucial role in managing and processing high volumes of invoices and expenses, maintaining internal coding, and conducting check runs for different companies.Responsibilities: Handle high volumes of accounts payable tasks Process, verify, and reconcile invoices and expenses swiftly and accurately Utilize Sage Accounting Software for data entry and account reconciliation Adhere to internal coding system for managing invoices and transactions Conduct regular check runs for two different companies Utilize skills in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP for various financial tasks Ensure accurate and efficient invoice processing Maintain precise records of all customer accounts Resolve customer inquiries related to accounts payable Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements Proficiency in account reconciliation is required. Must have experience with Accounts Payable (AP). Ability to conduct check runs. Demonstrated experience in coding invoices. Strong data entry skills. Proficiency in invoice processing. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required. Experience with Oracle is preferred. Familiarity with QuickBooks is beneficial. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage. Proficiency in Sage Accounting Software is preferred.
