Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Facilities Assistant in Cutler Bay, Florida. The role is primarily within the Property Management industry where you will play a key role as a Leasing Consultant. This position involves not only assisting in office tasks but also occasionally showing properties to potential clients. Responsibilities: Assist with leasing activities, using your knowledge of Real Estate - Leasing Maintain regular office hours from Monday to Saturday to meet with potential clients and show properties Utilize your experience as a Leasing Consultant to answer client inquiries and provide property details Assist with day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth operations Monitor property availability and maintain updated records for potential clients Collaborate with the property management team to address and resolve tenant issues Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with potential and current tenants. Requirements Candidate should possess knowledge and experience in Real Estate - Leasing. Prior experience as a Leasing Consultant is highly desirable. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using computer software and online systems. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate. Ability to understand and follow safety procedures. High level of integrity and professionalism. Must have a strong work ethic and be able to adapt to new and changing situations. Must be punctual, reliable, and have a flexible schedule. Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods. Experience in facility maintenance and operations is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in facilities management, building, or relevant field will be an advantage.
