Network Administrator

Description We are on the hunt for a Network Administrator to be a part of our team in the banking industry, located in Coral Gables, Florida. The role involves managing and maintaining our network systems, ensuring optimal performance, and security. This position is an integral part of our team, providing necessary technical support and expertise to ensure our systems are running smoothly and effectively.Responsibilities: Administer, monitor, and manage the network infrastructure including Cisco routers and other related technologies. Implement and manage Microsoft Azure and Hybrid Cloud environments. Configure and manage firewall technologies, ensuring systems are secured and protected against threats. Handle the deployment of new hardware and software as needed, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Utilize Citrix and Dell technologies to support our virtual and physical server environments. Oversee Active Directory management, including user accounts, access controls, and group policy management. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, providing technical support to the team as needed. Implement and manage backup technologies, ensuring data is secured and recoverable. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the networking field. Conduct regular audits of network systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. Requirements Proven experience in the banking industry, preferably as a Network Administrator Demonstrable knowledge and expertise in Cisco routers and technologies Proficiency in Citrix, Dell, and Firewall technologies Familiarity with Active Directory and Backup Technologies Strong understanding of computer hardware and configuration management Experience in deployments and Microsoft Azure Knowledge of Hybrid Cloud is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a team and independently Relevant certifications or degrees will be advantageous Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
