Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with accounting systems.Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices, verify supporting documentation, and ensure proper approvals.
Prepare and process electronic payments, wire transfers, and checks.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.
Respond to vendor inquiries and manage relationships with suppliers.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting principles.
Generate accounts payable reports and support audits as needed.
Requirements
