Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Manage and schedule crews, project progression, and resource allocation.

Collaborate with clients, project superintendents, foreman, and other construction management to determine budget and timeline of the projects.

Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.

Create schedules for project staff and subcontractors.

Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines.

Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient.

Collect data and develop as-builts for projects.

Oversee safety operation of working crews.

Produce monthly billings and quantity tracking.

Access and implement safe work practices

Maintains a safe, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards and procedures set forth by Traffic Control Devices

Represent Traffic Control Devices at meetings with project stakeholders, vendors and subcontractors.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must be able to read and interpret FDOT design construction, standards, drawings and specifications for ITS, signing, signalization and lighting projects.

Be familiar with all operations of construction with installation, testing, integration, full operation and acceptance of the project(s).

Possess and maintain a valid DL with an active medical card.

Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft suite products and Adobe PDF exchange.

Education & Experience

Two-year college degree in construction management, engineering, or other related area or equivalent experience.

Business experience preferred.

Industry experience is a must with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervision role or higher.

Pre-Screen

License & Certifications:

Driver's License required.
