Job Title: Senior BuyerJob DescriptionThe Senior Buyer is responsible for maintaining the supply chain inventory levels for multiple US warehouses. This role involves creating purchase orders, preparing forecasting reports, maintaining product service level and inventory costs, negotiating costs, building vendor relationships, and updating product information within system ERP. Additionally, the Senior Buyer collaborates with various departments to resolve issues, supports the Retail team in purchasing processes, manages supplier bases, and researches sourcing solutions.Hard Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
4+ years experience in purchasing
Negotiation tactics
ABC inventory process knowledge
Experience with NetSuite or other ERP platforms
Domestic and international purchasing knowledge ($50-80 million budgets)
Proficiency in Excel and various software systems
Understanding of multisite operation logistics and multi-channel distribution
Electronic components supply chain experience
Experience using MRP systems
Soft Skills
Excellent computer and technical skills
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to maintain clear and accurate records
Strong vendor relationship management
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Proactive in supporting team needs
Flexible with scheduling demands

Job TypeThis is a permanent position.Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Clearwater, Florida.Work EnvironmentThe position is full-time from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with potential for extended hours. The role is 100% onsite and involves occasional travel to U.S. warehouse facilities. The Sr. Buyer will work closely with the VP of Procurement, Director of Procurement, and a Junior Buyer, among other stakeholders.
