Position: Field Coordinators / Debris Monitors
Location: Manatee, Sarasota, Lee, Collier, and Charlotte Counties
Duration: 6 month contract with extensions (all depends on work load)
Openings: 300+
Can make up to ($1000 - $1500 a week with OT)
PR: 13.00/hr
OT: 19.50/hr
Must Haves:
Own transportation – Valid License
Own a Cellular device for communication
Proven Reliability and Professionalism
Need to be comfortable working 40-60+ hour weeks (Overtime will be compensated)
Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for Field Coordinators throughout Southwest Florida. There are job sites across Collier, Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee, and Manatee Counties. Each Coordinator will be required to attend training but will only be required to report to sites in one of the five locations after training. (Training will be one day for 1-2 hrs and is PAID)
The Field Coordinators are responsible for traveling to various sites that have been affected by Hurricane Ian. They will be following disaster recovery crew trucks to monitor and document the debris recovery efforts. The Coordinators are not responsible for debris cleanup/recovery. They are only responsible for documenting the movements and actions of the recovery crews.
Shifts start at 6:30-7am with a debrief to review safety protocols in the field. They will then be given their crew assignments to follow. This role will involve periods of standing; as the Coordinators will park their car at the site and start to monitor the crew. Candidates will go through extensive training on what they will be monitoring and FEMA policies they must ensure the crews are following. Candidates will be receiving their own hand held device and personal protective equipment.
