Project Manager

Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a Project Manager in a variety of locations across the country. The Project Manager will be responsible for working with a dynamic and growing multi-disciplinary firm on land development projects. They will actively participate in the growth of our firm as well as provide leadership & management to our team of engineers and designers.Other Responsibilities Include:o Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project execution.o Establish and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project duration.o Oversee contract procurement, administration, and project coordination.o Demonstrate a deep understanding of engineering principles and practices.o Possess expertise in potable water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, and roadway design.o Guide projects from entitlements through construction phases.o Efficiently handle multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies, with a preference for local experience.o Develop and execute complex permitting strategies to meet project schedules for diverse projects, ranging from large-scale developments to compact commercial infills.o Actively participate in company marketing efforts to enhance the company's profile and foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients and governmental agencies (local experience preferred)o Train, lead, and mentor team members to ensure their professional growth and project success.Skills and Requirementso Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited Universityo PE License Requiredo Candidates with relevant work experience in locations preferred.o AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, SewerCAD, ICPR4 (cert specific to florida locations) knowledge preferred. nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
