Responsibilities: Perform laboratory testing in hematology, chemistry, and other disciplines Ensure accuracy and efficiency in test results Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care Maintain compliance with laboratory standards and protocols Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment and instruments Analyze and interpret test results, identifying abnormalities or inconsistencies Perform quality control procedures to ensure the reliability of test results Collect and process biological specimens according to established protocols Document all test results and procedures accurately and in a timely manner Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities Assist in the development and implementation of new testing procedures Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions as needed Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Contribute to the laboratory's continuous improvement initiatives Mentor and train new laboratory personnel as required
