Perform thorough research and analysis of existing software to fully understand current performance with that of desired and expected performanceClearly identify any gaps that may exist between current and future systemsManage implementation projects through full lifecycleBuild project plans, identifying issues and risks, while recommending possible issue and risk mitigation strategiesIdentify critical paths, tasks, dates, testing, and acceptance criteriaEnsure performance is within scope, consistent with requirementsCollaborate with Training and Development to ensure successful execution of implementationAnalyzes and documents practice requirements and workflows to ensure maximum efficiencyMay include limited amount of travel (less than 25%)
