Customer Service Representative

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the healthcare and social assistance industry, located in Boca Raton, Florida. The role involves handling customer interactions, maintaining records, and conducting data entry tasks in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from customers, providing them with quality service and assistance Utilize strong selling skills to qualify customers, overcome objections, and close sales Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Schedule or confirm appointments, ensuring all relevant parties are informed Collaborate with team members to ensure all customer inquiries are resolved promptly Utilize data entry skills to accurately enter customer information into the system. Requirements Prior experience in a customer service role in the healthcare, hospital, or social assistance industry Proficiency in data entry and management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of healthcare systems and terminology Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Exceptional problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Ability to work effectively in a team High school diploma or equivalent education level Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer applications.
