Description We are providing an opportunity for a Project Manager role within the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry, located in Altamonte Springs, Florida. This role will focus on managing and facilitating marketing initiatives and projects, ensuring the smooth progression from project conception to the intake phase, and guaranteeing that each endeavor aligns with strategic objectives.Responsibilities: Compile, document, and convey essential project details meticulously to ensure a smooth transition into the next phase. Thoroughly collate, structure, and communicate project specifics to facilitate effective project initiation. Manage the transfer of project documentation to execution teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project aims and directives. Conduct regular evaluations of the intake procedure and refine it for increased efficiency and effectiveness. Spearhead the adoption of best practices for requirement gathering and record-keeping in collaboration with the Project Operations Team. Gather and document crucial project information, including brand guidelines, marketing goals, intended audiences, and necessary deliverables. Utilize CRM, Database, and Agile Scrum methods to manage customer relationships and project progress. Oversee budget processes and ensure project management documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Utilize tools such as Workamajig for project management and process documentation. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to foster robust relationships and ensure project success. Requirements A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, specifically within the healthcare, hospitals, or social assistance industry. Proficiency in CRM and Database systems is required. Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and the ability to implement them in various projects. Demonstrated experience in managing budget processes, including planning, tracking, and adjustment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Experience with Workamajig or similar project management tools is preferred. Strong project management skills with a focus on organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Ability to create thorough documentation for projects and processes. Experience in process documentation, with an emphasis on efficiency and improvement.
