Job Description:Role Summary/Purpose:As the AVP, Partner Success you will play a key role in building the future of our ISV Partner Program.You will be responsible for the development and execution of new processes to enable the scalability of our ISV (Independent Software Vendor) Partnerships. Partnering closely across our ISV and cross-functional teams to drive exceptional outcomes for SYF and our partners.This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient/provider experience, and recognizes how our SaaS Partners add value across the patient/provider journey.To thrive in this role, you will need to be highly collaborative, have superlative organization & communication skills, and enjoy finding creative solutions to complex challenges.Our team is laser-focused on creating industry-leading integrated experiences, that transform how our providers interact with H&W Products - and looking for someone who wants to join us on that journey.We're proud to offer you choice and flexibility. You may be occasionally requested to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. Essential Responsibilities:

Play key role in developing/managing ISV commercial processes and driving operational efficiencies across our partner network

Grow to support daily management of current and future ISV partners

Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all internal and external key stakeholders

Proactively discover opportunities and influence decision making through data backed analyses and actionable insights

Interface with cross functional teams that support ISV to help drive scalable solutions, that enable growth for Synchrony and our Partners

Maintain strong knowledge and understanding of all Synchrony/Health & Wellness products, tech capabilities, and ISV partnership structure and dynamics

Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business or computer related field or 5 years of equivalent experience.

Strong leadership and project management skills Minimum 3 years' experience managing and leading cross-functional projects to success

Minimum 3 years of experience working in partner/client facing capacity

Proficient in MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel

Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Desired Characteristics:

Knowledgeable about general healthcare technology landscape and value chain

Experience with a solution-selling mindset/framework

Highly organized across many separate projects, multiple deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability working cross-functionally and influencing key decision makers

Strong quality/process improvement experience

Grade/Level: 11The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.Eligibility Requirements:

You must be 18 years or older

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
