- Coordinate with government representatives, interagency partners, and industry stakeholders through information sharing activities such as phone calls, e-mails, reports.
- Develop correspondence lists and update them monthly to track multi-level government and industry Sector stakeholders.
- Capture notes from government led or supported Co-SRMA engagements and compile notes into refined, sharable documents.
- Develop proposed document templates (e.g. meeting guides, interview guides, meeting facilitation guides, etc.) for deliverables for client approval.
- Research and understand federal policies and guidelines such as the National Infrastructure Protection Plan (released in 2012); Presidential Policy Directive 21, "Critical Infrastructure Security and Resilience (released in 2013); Section 9002 of the William M. (Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act of Fiscal Year 2021 (Public Law 116-283); and other Co-SRMA specific polices, plans, and requirements.
- 10 years Business Analysis and Technical Writing experience in the state, local, or federal sector
- Ability to review, understand, and comprehend complex qualitative and quantitative metrics
- Knowledge of requirements for Sector Risk Management Agency (SRMA) responsibilities
- Extensive information gathering, analysis, and synthesizing skills to includes interviews, document review and analysis, and related subject matter research
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to clearly communicate both written and verbally at a senior executive level
- Ability to interview and present information to Senior Officials
- Secret clearance required
- Bachlor's Degree in Business Management or related discipline
- Highly Desired - PMI and/or IIBA Business Analysis certifications
