Seeking an experienced Working Supervisor to join our team. The supervisor shall be responsible for overseeing a small crew, completing work on schedule, and working along side the crew. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands on skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

```Duties```
-Lead small crew to complete fabrication, door installs, equipment maintenance, etc.
-Run maintenance service call independently
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
```Qualifications```
- Proficient in tig welding and stick welding
- Experienced in leading a crew
- Strong knowledge of welding& fabrication processes, techniques, and materials
- Be hands on and be ability to conduct majority of the work as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
