Mend It Now Handyman Services (MINHS) is growing fast throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia—and we’re currently receiving more service requests than our technical team can keep up with.
We’re not a lead generator. We’re not a gig app.
We are a full-service handyman company with an active, professional team of service technicians. As demand continues to rise, we need more skilled, independent technicians to help us meet the moment and maintain our reputation for quality, care, and consistency.
We’re not offering employment—we’re looking for reliable, experienced tradespeople we can assign real jobs to on a consistent basis.
What We’re Looking For:
We need well-rounded, independent professionals who are comfortable taking on a wide range of common home repair and improvement tasks, including:
Interior & exterior Painting
Drywall installation and patchwork
Light plumbing (faucets, toilets, disposals, minor leaks)
Light electrical (fixtures, ceiling fans, outlets, switches)
General carpentry (trim, doors, framing repairs, shelving)
Furniture assembly and repair
Tile work, grout, and flooring (no carpet)
TV mounting, caulking, wall anchoring, and punch-list repairs
You must have:
At least 8 years of handyman experience
Your own tools, reliable vehicle, and general liability insurance
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
The ability to assess small projects, offer price quotes, and complete jobs professionally from start to finish
