Project Manager and In-Field Service Tech

This role will report directly to our Production Manager and be responsible for customer service, field measurements, answering phone calls, doing warehouse inventory, representing our brand at home shows, doing minor home improvements (painting, hanging or rehanging towel bars, etc.) and coordinating with our fantastic installation crews to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Base salary + bonus pay structure

What You’ll Contribute

In this role in any given week, you can expect to:

- Order and receive inventory orders at our warehouse (must be able to lift 50 pounds)

- Speak to customers on a daily basis regarding updates on their bathroom remodel project

- Enter data into systems to ensure inventory alignment

- Deliver or pickup materials from vendors

- Conduct measurements or deliver materials in field to crews

- Conduct light construction tasks such as painting, light drywall repair, towel bar, hang, etc.

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Previous customer service within the remodeling industry preferred, but we’ve had great success with recent graduates and individuals who have worked in retail, hospitality, or other customer facing roles!
