Independent Contractor sought for full time temporary project

Property management and maintenance company seeking contractor to assist with painting and maintenance projects. Successful applicant will work directly with principal on short term projects. Familiarity with punch out type projects a plus, as is painting experience. Spanish language skills preferred. Must have own transportation. Reliability and diligence key, some lifting required but it not the primary feature of this role. The ideal candidate can expect more work beyond initial term, but let's see how it goes.
