Mend It Now Handyman Services (MINHS) is a fast-growing, full-service handyman company serving DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. We are not a lead service, not a gig app, and not a middleman — we’re a real company with an in-house team of skilled handymen and handywomen who take pride in their work.
We’re currently focused on hiring experienced gutter techs to handle the daily flood of service requests we receive — especially for gutter cleaning and basic repair. However, we’re especially interested in well-rounded technicians who can handle other trades as well.
What You'll Do:
Gutter cleaning, sealing, re-securing, and downspout work
Work on 1-, 2-, and 3-story homes and light commercial properties
Assist with virtual estimates and occasional on-site inspections
Focus on the job — we handle scheduling, customer contact, and admin
Position Overview:
This is a 1099 subcontractor position
You must operate independently and be responsible for your own tools and transportation
Paid twice per week (Tuesdays & Fridays)
Steady flow of screened projects — we’re looking for pros who want to stay busy and build with us
Who We're Looking For:
Experienced in gutter cleaning and basic repair
Reliable, well-organized, and skilled with tools
Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
Professional in appearance and communication
Must be able to travel throughout the DMV for assigned projects
