Job Overview
We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Punch Out / Trim Carpenter to join our construction team. This role is critical in delivering the final, polished product to our clients. You will be responsible for completing finish carpentry work, Installing kitchens and vanities, baseboards, crown molding, custom accents, addressing final punch list items, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship on every project.
Key Responsibilities
Perform finish carpentry including installing custom kitchens, accent walls baseboards, crown molding, doors, casing, and hardware
Complete punch list items and final touch-ups before project hand off
Repair or adjust trim, doors, cabinets, and other interior finishes as needed
Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets our standards for detail and durability
Work with site supervisors and clients to meet project deadlines and expectations
Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
Qualifications
5+ years of finish carpentry or punch-out experience
Proficient with hand and power tools (nail guns, miter saws, levels, etc.)
Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to craftsmanship
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, 1099
