We're seeking a driven and experienced Landscape/Hardscape Construction Team Lead to join our growing team. As the lead, you'll be responsible for the success of our projects, from plan review and execution to client satisfaction. You'll wear many hats, THIS IS NOT A DESK JOB, but your core focus will be on:
Leading a team of landscaper construction installers: lead by example, motivate, train, and mentor your crew to achieve quality results and ensure a safe work environment.
Project management: Oversee daily tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Client communication: Build rapport with clients, understand their needs onsite, and ability to forward any concerns promptly and professionally to the appropriate channel.
Quality control: Inspect work for adherence to standards and specifications, ensuring exceptional results.
Safety first: Implement and enforce safety protocols, fostering a safe and healthy work environment for your team.
We are searching for someone who:
Has a minimum of 3 years of experience as a landscaper/hardscaper or in a related field.
Possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Is a team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to safety.
Has a strong work ethic and the ability to handle diverse tasks and priorities.
Bonus points for experience with operating landscape/hardscape equipment, knowledge of horticulture principles, and relevant certifications.
