We are an established residential maintenance and repair company in Northern Virginia and we are looking someone that knows their way around home repairs and who handles themselves professionally. I have a situation like this with another guy and it has worked very well for the better part of 7 years now.
Our ideal candidate has:
1. His own reliable truck or van with ladder rack and tools
2. Lots of experience on roofs, the good, bad, and the ugly as most of our busy work is gutter cleaning
3. An absolutely professional demeanor, rain or shine
4. The ability to pass a background check
5. Legal status and the ability to speak fluent English
6. Years of experience repairing interior and exterior issues on homes
A little about us:
We have a 4.9 rating on Google and an A on Angie's List. We do excellent work at a fair price and the vast majority of our customers are a pleasure to work with. Customers contact us for bathroom remodels, rotten wood replacement, new doors and windows, hard wood floors, you name it. We offer chimney inspections, gutter cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning which are full of opportunities to find repairs and to ask customers if they have anything on their to do list that we can help with.
And here's why you should care about any of the above mentioned:
1. We split the profit on anything you find or sell, 50/50.
2. Base pay when not on a repair project is $30 per hour
3. The company will cover your gas
4. We stay steady with work between March and the end of January each year, February is hit and miss
