Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Service Technician to join our team at Lee Overlook Apartments in Centreville, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations. This includes leading the maintenance department, ensuring resident satisfaction, coordinating team schedules, and maintaining the physical condition of the property to the highest standards.

This position is currently eligible for quarterly nondiscretionary bonuses up to 10% of their salary, annually.

Your Responsibilities:

Maintain clean, safe, and debris-free community grounds, including addressing weather-related issues.

Perform proactive repairs and respond to resident maintenance requests.

Conduct daily inspections and troubleshoot appliances or technical issues.

Participate in maintenance projects and after-hours emergency work.

Complete other duties as assigned or requested.

What you offer:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for daily onsite use.

Minimum of 18 months experience in apartment maintenance.

CFC Type II or Universal Certification and heat pump experience preferred.

Must be available for after-hours emergency maintenance calls, including nights and weekends.

Basic computer skills required.
