We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in low voltage cabling installations and AV setups in commercial and data center environments.
Responsibilities:
Minimum of 1 year of experience with low voltage cabling.
Performed work in commercial and data center settings.
Proficient in running, installing, routing, dressing, terminating, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat5/6 cabling.
Experienced in AV installations, including sound masking systems, speakers, video conferencing equipment, cameras, mounted TVs, and network wiring.
Anchored and built cabinets for AV and network setups.
Installed and configured racks and servers.
Read and interpreted blueprints and schematics to execute accurate cabling layouts.
Ensured compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in low voltage installations, including data cabling, AV systems, and security systems.
Familiarity with cable testing equipment and tools.
Ability to work efficiently in both commercial and residential environments.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
