We're seeking experienced candidates for a Senior Sales role to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, possess significant sales experience, and have the ability to drive sales and build lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
- Utilize computer systems to track sales, manage orders, and maintain detailed records.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers, including email and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Compensation:
- This position pays both a salary and a generous commission based on the revenue each new customer generates. The base compensation is $21/hr and the additional commission is 2.00% of each new customer's revenue paid out over 12 months.
