Sales Rep – Customs & Restoration Division

Who We’re Looking For: We need a driven and outgoing Sales Rep to help lead the Customs & Restoration Division. Our ideal candidate will have an understanding of construction, job sites, and/or restoration work. If you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and love seeing projects through from start to finish, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Manage projects in our customs and restoration division, ensuring quality execution
Conduct onsite property visits
Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and installers
Provide solutions-driven sales. This is an outside sales role, not a call center or showroom position
Use CRM software to track leads, clients, and project updates
Performance Standards: Sales & Revenue Growth, Client Relationship & Retention, Quality & Cost Control
What You Bring to the Table:
Construction knowledge with an understanding of restoration work
At least 1 year of experience in a construction/restoration role or 2 years in a construction estimating role
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships easily
A resilient and bold personality with a proactive approach to tasks
Comfort using email, CRM software, and digital tools for project management
Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus
Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Must be able to kneel
Must be able to be on your feet multiple hours per day
Must be able to sit and drive for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check
Availability from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility based on client needs

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
