What You’ll Do:
- Meet with clients to discuss life insurance and financial planning solutions.
- Build relationships and provide ongoing support for clients.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to develop your skills.
- Opportunity to grow into leadership and mentoring roles.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the U.S.
- People with Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field are welcome
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and benefits administration is desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for bath the client and the company.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an outside sales environment.
- If you do not have an insurance license we will assist you with obtaining one.
