- Generate leads through various channels including door to door visits, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct audits and assess the retro-fit lightings
- Provide information to customers on available utility incentives and program details
- Explain to the customer about the program that are promoted.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction and time completion.
- Understand clients' requirements and present them with appropriate product or service solutions.
- Maintain client relationships and provide excellent post-sale support.
- Clearly explain and articulate energy assessment findings to building owners and facility managers including explanation of energy efficiency rebates & incentives available in their area
qualification
- Valid driver's license
- Must be presentable in person, energetic, hardworking, with strong social/people skills and a strong work ethic
- Proficient with both written communication and computer skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
