Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales and Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to develop their career in sales and marketing. The successful candidate will assist in the development and execution of our sales and marketing strategies, helping to drive growth and enhance brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
Help manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
Marketing Support:
Contribute to the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns.
Assist in the development of digital content, including social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates.
Help organize and participate in marketing events such as trade shows and conferences.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Analyze competitor activities and provide insights to the sales and marketing team.
Administrative Tasks:
Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and sales collateral.
Maintain and organize marketing and sales documentation.
Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing team.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
Internships or relevant project experience is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
