Position: Retail Sales Associate

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on empowering each customer through our brand story and values.

- Engage with customers to educate them on the significance of the suffrage movement and the 19th Amendment, and how our products celebrate this important history.

- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining an inspiring store environment that reflects our mission and values.

- Process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

- Participate in community events and initiatives that align with our mission to promote women's empowerment and historical awareness.

Requirements:

- Passion for fashion, history, and women's empowerment.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations.

- A team player who is enthusiastic, positive, and supportive.

- Retail experience is preferred but not required; we value passion and commitment to our mission above all.

- Willingness to learn and grow, both personally and professionally, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Retail Sales Associate, preferably in apparel.

Ability to build relationships with customers and other staff

Excellent math skills

Strong organizational skills

Must be able to work under pressure under tight deadlines under all circumstances

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and other staff members

Must be able to follow instructions and understand verbal directions

Must be able to follow all company policies and procedures including safety procedures and quality standards
